Selena Gomez is an internationally famous actress and performer. She's worked on many projects, but her involvement in the Disney Series Wizards of Waverly Place has enjoyed the highest success. The full title of her name is Selena Marie Gomez. Selena Marie Gomez was born the city of Grand Prairie in Texas on July 22, 1992. Amanda Cornett is her mother and Ricardo Gomez is her father. Selena's mother was just 16 and she came into the world. It was 2009 and she was only nine when she got her first showbiz role as Gianna for Barney and her Friends. It was one of the youngsters who had the chance to play with the world's most famous blue anthropomorphic dinosaur. Selena performed on various episodes of season 7 and 8 in 2001 until 2003. Selena wasn't the only performer who appeared on Barney and His Friends during that time. Demi Loveto also worked with the show. Selena Gomez tried out for several other roles and programs after she quit Barney and Friends, but was unsuccessful.
